The Hunter Olive Centre was launched in late 2003 to integrate our love of food and wine and to showcase some of the finest gourmet food produced in the Hunter Valley. Since then, the Olive Centre has grown to be one of the largest specialty food outlets in the Hunter Valley.

Along with Olives, Olive oils and associated olive products, we stock a range of jams, preserves, conserves, mustard, oil dippers, vinegars, chutneys, dukkah and the largest range of herbs and spices in the Valley.

We invite you to become part of our Gourmet Food Club and enjoy a range of premium products and exclusive member benefits. Membership to our club is FREE. Your only commitment is to accept three deliveries of our seasonal packs per year; minimum value of $50.00 per pack, plus freight.
