The Hunter Olive Centre and Gourmet Food Club
The Hunter Olive Centre was launched in late 2003 to integrate our love for food and wine and to showcase some of the finest gourmet food produced in the Hunter Valley. Since then, our Olive Centre has grown to be one of the largest specialty food outlets in the Hunter Valley. We have a range of over four hundred locally made products on display, of which eighty are available for tasting at any one time.
While our market emphasis is based on sales of olives, olive oils and associated products, it became obvious that many other interstate and locally made products would significantly complement our range. Consequently, our Olive Centre now sells a selection of jams, preserves, conserves, mustard, oil dippers, vinegars, chutneys, dukkah and the largest range of herbs and spices in the Valley. Infused olives in a multitude of flavours have become increasingly popular since 2003.
