The Self-Paced Mini Wine Sampler offers a relaxed and self-guided tasting experience with 4-6 wines served in your own personal 100ml bottles.

*100ml = 1 standard drink*

We advise and strongly suggest for consumption purposes, 4 bottle sampler be tasted between groups of 2-3 people & our 5 to 6 samplers tasted by groups of 4 or more.

• Classic HV Semillon - Our region's greatest achievement on the world's stage, when consumed young semillon boast's green acidity& minerality. Think ripe limes, devoloping soft butter and nuttiness as they age.
• Sweet Chilled Red - Bela Rosa Enticing, summer minded Shiraz crafted for those who like a little sweetness and blackberry jam aromas! Think sangria!
• Estate grown Shiraz, Depending on your preference and budget we have cellared and younger offerings of shiraz all boasting the classic aromas and peppery tasting notes of the Hunter.
• New Sangiovese Tempranillo, a blend of Italy and Spain! Showcasing exciting, modern red wine styles that bring something new to our selections and Estate.
