The 2014 Nebbiolo has a typical firm palate with slightly astringent tannins that will continue to soften. This is a wine made to complement Mediterranean style foods, and needs food to show its best. Its savoury characters are unusual for Australian wine, and it emulates Barolo quite well.

Bouquet: earthy, leathery, truffle, tar and rose petals.
