We had the wine and cheese tasting from the incredible Sean and it was a fantastic experience! With the local Hunter Belle cheeses paired perfectly with their lovely wine (and a gorgeous day), this was the best choice to start our tasting day and made for a high bar to clear for the next vineyards. There was something on their list for everyone and we certainly left with a few bottle but wishing we bought the Semillon Boozy Bubbles, do not miss this awesome twist on a classic sparkling, we will be back for it!
