When young, a full bodied wine that displays earthy, briary aromas. Big, ripe blackcurrant & plum flavour flows onto the front of the palate and a smooth finish with a hint of peppery fruit characteristics.
As they age, they turn into quite a soft Hunter Shiraz, defined by perfect balance, fruit, acidity and tannins, it’s definitely a wine that is easy beautiful to drink now or can be cellared.
